General Terms

Payment Methods & Deposit Policy

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express).
• Flexible Rate Reservations: May require a deposit depending on the cancellation window defined in the booking confirmation. Remaining balance is typically due upon arrival.
• Non‑Refundable Reservations: Require 100% prepayment at the time of booking. These bookings are not eligible for changes or refunds.
• All transaction fees, banking costs, and currency conversion charges are borne by the guest.
• Failure to provide valid payment details may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
• A prepayment of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance of the reservation is due upon arrival.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

• Flexible Reservations: Guests can cancel within the free cancellation period (as defined during booking) without penalty. Cancellations after this period are subject to charges ranging from the cost of the first night up to 100% of the stay, depending on the rate plan.
• Non‑Refundable Reservations: 100% of the booking value is charged at the time of booking, and no refunds are possible under any circumstances.
• Early Departure: In case of early departure, 100% of the remaining nights will be charged.
• Modifications: Requests for changes (dates, room type, guest number) are subject to availability and may incur price differences. For Non‑Refundable reservations, modifications are generally not allowed.
• No‑Show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice results in a 100% charge of the booking value.
• If the booking is cancelled after the free cancellation period ends, the cancellation fee will be 30% of the total accommodation cost.
• If the booking is cancelled within 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total accommodation cost.

Check‑in and Check‑out Policy

• Check‑in time: from 15:00 until 23:00. Guests arriving outside this timeframe must notify the property in advance to arrange for late arrival instructions.
• Check‑out time: until 11:00. Guests must vacate their rooms by this time to allow cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
• Early Check‑in / Late Check‑out: Available only upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges (half‑day or full‑day rates).
• Identity Verification: A valid government-issued ID or passport is required for check‑in. The property reserves the right to refuse entry if valid documents are not provided.

Guest Age & Occupancy

• Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 16 years old to check in.
• Children: Kemelia Suites Milos is an adults‑only property; children are not permitted.
• Extra Beds & Cribs: Not available. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced based on the room type reserved.
• Unauthorized Guests: Visitors not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay overnight without prior approval from management.

House Rules

• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside all suites and common areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas may apply.
• Pets: Not allowed on the property.
• Parties/Events: Social gatherings, parties, or events (including bachelor/bachelorette parties) are strictly forbidden.
• Quiet Hours: Guests must respect quiet hours between 23:00 – 09:00.
• Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents, whether accidental or intentional.

Taxes & Fees

• City/Accommodation Tax: €2.00 per night per room (April – October) and €0.50 per night per room (November – March), payable by guests in accordance with Greek law.
• Service Charges: Any additional charges for requested services (e.g., extra cleaning, transfers, activities) will be communicated in advance.
